The bedrooms are located on either side of the main entrance, which also gives way to a huge lounge terrace that offers an astounding panoramic view to the coastal area and the Bali Sea, to the hills with its ricefields and beautiful valleys, and to the slopes of the (dormant/extinct) volcano mountain peaks Lesung (1800 mtr), Sengayan (2003 mtr) and Batukaru (2276 mtr).

An open stairway in the middle of the house descends to the first floor of the Villa, where you will find another spacious living room with lounge area and a huge open kitchen, plus a 20 square meter roofed open lounge terrace that forms an open extension of the living room.

Next to the living room there is a third guestroom with its own private terrace and luxury bathroom.

Adjacent to the lounge terrace is a L-shaped swimming pool of 100 m2 (15 x 5 plus 5x5).

Next to the pool is a large sundeck and, underneath, a multi-functional entertainment room (which can be converted into a bedroom for 2 – 4 persons, if necessary). There are enough sunbeds and parasols for 10 people.

The Bale Dajeh - an exterior lounging area is a masterpiece in itself measuring 4 x 3 meter with a grass covered, artistically carved wooden roof in traditional Balinese style.
